Bonjour, Hello, and Welcome to your next chapter.

For when you need Taylor tailored storytelling that captures hearts, minds, and wallets. Words this good? They'd make the icon herself sing.

Because great storytelling isn’t just an art—it’s a business strategy.

Hey friend, I see you over there—juggling all the things, wearing all the hats to manage your projects, your business, your life. But if you’re being honest? You’re running on caffeine, vibes, and a whole lotta wishful thinking. You started this creative business for freedom, right? And let’s be real— you haven’t had time freedom, flexibility or balance in your life for as long as you can remember.

You want more time to actually create. Maybe even time for brunch dates, slow mornings, and curling up in a cozy reading nook that isn’t just for decoration. But right now you’re stuck in the weeds of your business, grinding away, and it’s exhausting.

Friend, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep running on fumes.

✨ That’s where I come in—coffee and pastries in hand, bringing you sustenance and my A-game! Copywriter and editor extraordinaire— I’m ready to rescue your messaging and hand you back your time.✨

Your cozy business era starts here. 〰️

Whether you want to reach your financial goals, steal back your time-freedom, or share your creative soul with the world, you’re in the right spot.

Sound Familiar?

  • You’ve got client work, creative projects, and actual life to juggle—so updating your website, launching that new offer, or finally writing that book? It keeps getting pushed to "someday."

  • Your inbox is a minefield of marketing tasks but, responding to your mom’s cat meme felt more manageable (totes relatable).

  • You brew the coffee, light the candle, open your laptop... and crickets. The cursor blinks at you, waiting for brilliance to strike—but instead, you find yourself doom-scrolling Pinterest or reorganizing your desk again.

  • You’ve tried diy-ing copy from templates and AI tools, but it still doesn’t sound like you—and it’s not converting.

  • Your business wasn’t supposed to feel like another 9-to-5. But here you are, working longer hours than you did at your day job, scrambling to keep up, and wondering when you’ll actually get to enjoy the freedom you started this for.

  • You know starting your creative business would change everything, but finding the time to create it, make a website, write copy, and hook your dream audience? LOL.

I take the writing off your plate, so you can focus on what actually fuels your creativity. Whether it’s website copy, blog content, or polished editing—I craft words that connect, convert, and sound like you (but, ya know… better).

Because let’s be real: You weren’t meant to spend your precious time staring at a blinking cursor, wondering why writing about your own business is so freaking hard.

Lucky for you— that’s my thing.

Go Ahead

Let your ideas find a home here.

Hey there, I’m Leah Knudson.

Aka your cozy business architect(with a glitter pen and a plan in hand).

I’m the coffee-fueled, bookish, former educator behind Literary Pink Writing Co. I used to spend my days buried in lesson plans and grading essays—dreaming of a life with more freedom, more creativity, and maybe a few slow mornings where my coffee stayed hot as I cozied up to a good book.

But instead, I was stuck in the cycle of going to work and being on for hours at a time— pouring my all into the days tasks, students, and a system that didn’t fill my cup. I believed I had to deal with the burnout, toxic bosses, and a career that didn’t fit the life I dreamt of building.

It became so overwhelming, I landed in the hospital for weeks. I knew I needed to make a change. I walked away from the overwhelm and started Literary Pink Writing Co.—a business built on balance, strategy, and storytelling. I wanted time to live. Time to brunch with friends, build a cozy home, travel freely, and build a business that worked for me… not the other way around.

Now I help you— my fellow creative, do the same.

Not just with killer copy, or brilliant editing—but with the kind of messaging and strategy that actually work. I’ll be your creative co-pilot, a steward of your vision, and your cozy business architect, so you can build a business that feels aligned and frees up your time (without sacrificing your income or your joie de vivre— yesss please!).

The Story Behind Literary Pink Writing Co.

My life got twisted and I burned out. I wanted more freedom and the wind in my hair—now I help creatives craft their business with care. (Ohhh…mic drop moment!)

So I found myself longing for time to create, to grab coffee and brunch with friends, to make a cozy home with my husband, and to focus on my mental health and well-being. But as a teacher, my mind was always on my job and my students–whom I loved dearly, leaving little room for anything else.

In the last two years of my teaching career, life threw even more challenges my way. I nearly lost my big brother to drug addiction. I lost my father to cancer, and my husband and I struggled to grow our family. On top of all that, the multiple hats I had to wear as a teacher (iykyk) as well as dealing with toxic bosses was the last straw– and the stress took a serious toll on my health, eventually landing me in the hospital for several weeks. That’s when I knew—I was way overdue for a change.

I started Literary Pink Writing Co. out of a deep need for time freedom and work-life balance. After spending a decade as a high school English teacher, I found myself burnt out—juggling the demands of teaching, grading essays, managing classroom behaviors, and navigating the often unrealistic expectations of administration. While I made meaningful connections with colleagues and cherished the students I had the privilege to teach, I craved something more. I always new from a young age that I was created to create and use my talents to help others.

With the support of my husband, I left teaching full-time and decided to build a business around what I truly love: creating, writing, editing, and helping others reach their dreams. And so, Literary Pink Writing Co. was born—rooted in my desire for balance, creativity, and the freedom to live life on my own terms.
